The Mundeshwari Sales Gallery stands as a striking testament to a contemporary interpretation of traditional strategies where modern geometries intersect with climate-responsive design. Designed to be both a landmark and an invitation for prospective homeowners, the gallery utilizes a bold material palette to create a memorable spatial experience.
The building features double-height atriums and volumes enveloped by a terracotta jaali skin. The skin shields the inner glass enclosure from harsh direct sunlight while creating a bright, light-filled interior and a monolithic yet porous exterior. The bold placement of the Mundeshwari Group logo against this textured backdrop establishes a strong corporate identity while maintaining the building's earthy, grounded aesthetic.
The building is a harmonious blend of bold geometric exterior with a functional and transformative interior, created through a constant interplay of light and shadow, resulting in a professional space that is simultaneously monumental and airy.
The interiors are minimalistic, ornated by the dynamic play of light & shadow filtering through the jaali. The outer screen allow for visual connectivity with the outside while maintaining a sense of enclosure. The layout balances grandeur with comfortable intimacy. The gallery features minimalistic lounge areas with modern, colorful seating to facilitate client interaction amidst the dappled sunlight. At the heart of this luminous space is an architectural model of the high-rise residential project, perfectly positioned to draw the eye and serve as the focal point of the buyer's journey.
